■Web セガBBS、ついに完全閉鎖へ

「サークルをつくろう！」と「セガＢＢＳ」の統合に関するおしらせ

一部BBSは残りますが、事実上のセガBBS完全閉鎖ですね。
閉鎖対象の中でも、そこそこ書き込みのあった「サクラ大戦」と「バーチャロン」ですが、現在も新作が発表されているサクラ大戦は閉鎖反対の大合唱で、閉鎖阻止に向けて激しく動いています。かたや今年で10周年記念だけど、新作は絶対に発売されないであろうバーチャロンは「しゃーないね」的なムードなのが対照的で興味深いです。

個人的に「サクラ大戦」は、新規ユーザーへの窓口として健全に機能しているような気がするので、現在のセガBBS形式でサーバーの隅っこに残しても良いかと思いますが、セガとしても運営戦略的に「SEGA Link」や「サークルを作ろう」に誘導したいでしょうし、これも時代の流れという事なのでしょう。
