Introduction

Work Offline is a Mozilla Firefox extension which adds an icon
to indicate and switch online/offline mode on the status bar.

This extension only support official release builds.
This extension doesn't support unofficial/optimized/third party builds.

How to use

This extension displays an icon below on the status bar.
It indicates online/offline status.

Online
Offline

To switch online/offline mode, click this icon
or select "File" - "Work Offline" from the menu bar.

You can change the icon order by drag & drop.

Titlebar

And this extension can also change the icon
and display the offline message on the titlebar like Internet Explorer.

Troubleshooting

Do you use any other extensions except Work Offline?
Other extensions may cause the problem.
Try deleting other extensions except Work Offline.
If you know what extension the problem, please tell me the extension.

Do you have a same problem in new profile?
If you have some problem in your profile, the extension may not work properly.
Try creating a new profile and installing Work Offline.
To create a new profile, see Firefox Support page.

Do you use on official release builds?
Unofficial/optimized/third party builds may cause the problem.
Please use on official release builds.

Do you want to add a online/offline icon to the toolbar?
Please install one of these extensions.

Do you want to use a keyboard shortcut?
Press Alt+F and then W to switch online/offline mode.
If you use keyconfig,
use this code: BrowserOffline.toggleOfflineStatus();
